College at Oakland University
After high school, Ronald Tran went on to Oakland University in Michigan, where he continued his education and competed in Division 1 tennis. College deepened the lessons of his early years: the value of hard work, the humility to keep learning, and the focus required to perform under pressure. It was also where he began the transition from young athlete to young adult, taking on responsibility for his own path and preparing for the working world ahead.
